Ivana Schellongova holds a D.E.A. degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva (IUHEI), Switzerland and Masters in Law from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. Prior joining the campaign, Ivana was a  research assistant in the think-tank team on gender & security in the Geneva Center of Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). She also served as the Human Rights and Humanitarian Officer in the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations in Geneva and as a Legal Advisor in the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
